Seems like this store has a new management or Best Buy has enhanced its training for employees but I was surprised with the speed, accuracy and knowledge of this staff. Very good! Display of products was right; variety is extensive and overall, the experience is good. My only disappointment (and has been for years), is that this store closes at 9 pm. For God's sake!, YOU ARE LOCATED IN HOLLYWOOD!! (kind of). How come you are closing at 9 pm every day? Hollywood is among the ten top worldwide destinations among thousands of places. Absurd to close at this time. Thousands of dollars lost because of this and they don't care. Anyway, putting aside the store hours, I highly recommend going to this store. If you are lucky and fortunate, perhaps Randy could assist you.
This is the Best Best Buy I've ever shopped at. The employees are extremely helpful and will assist you with whatever you need. I would visit the home theater section as they were very knowledgeable and helped me get the right TV!
The customer service is poor. With the sales people more interested in socializing than helping customers. For example, I had to give the sales person my telephone number 4 times because he was more interested in talking with his friends than to help me with my purchase. If you receive good service at this location, then consider yourself fortunate.
This is a busy store. But, they have most anything imaginable in the area of electronics, appliances, and/or accessories thereof. Their prices are low to highly competitive. I would recommend this store to anyone shopping for electronics. RK 10-28-17
My experience at Best Buy today was pretty darn great! I would have given it 5 stars but there were a few inconveniences that wouldn't allow me to do that. They gave me a great deal on a new phone! Came with a free camera! But for some reason they had me come in on 2 separate occaisions aside from my phone pick up. Better communication about in store pick up and service will help in the future.
